Where are your events located?

Our base is at Cerje Nebojse between Varazdin and Ivanec. Set in the beautiful countryside of Zagorje amongst hills, forest and vineyards, the area provides a picturesque and restful setting for our introductory Vital Skills programme. Our other programmes take place near the Drava river at Varazdin or at Kalnik near Novi Marof. Our venues are all within 1.5 hours of Zagreb.

How long are your programmes?

Most programmes start at 10am and finish around 5pm including a celebration dinner and awards ceremony. Business Survivor will normally finish after breakfast the following day after a night out under the stars.

Who are your programme leaders?

Our leaders are experienced trainers who have an impressive track record of success from the world of sport, business and the military. They know what they are talking about. They are very approachable with a great sense of fun and will put your people at ease right from the start. They will ensure that everyone has a great time and returns to work with new confidence and better equipped to deliver good results for your business.

How much do you charge?

Costs will vary of course depending on what you wish us to include – transport, accommodation, a party etc. A rough guide to price is 600Kn p.p. for our introductory Under the Bonnet course for around 24 participants including dinner and drinks. It costs more if there are less people.

What if our people are not sporty?

We get it. The programme may look scary for anyone who is not used to this sort of activity or feels they are too old or unfit. Do not worry. The emphasis is on learning whilst having fun not exercise and our leaders are expert at encouraging people to try something new. The fun starts immediately on arrival with ice-breakers designed to relax everyone and get them involved. It is great to see their confidence grow as the programme progresses.

Can we incorporate our company branding and values into the event?

Of course. We like that. Our aim is to make this a joint event so that all our activities are related to the participants’ place of work and your objectives. Our emphasis at all times is developing transferable skills. The process of incorporating your message and values starts during the Account Manager’s first visit to your workplace when we will ascertain your goals and business culture. We provide an opportunity during the programme either on arrival or at the end for you to present your own message to delegates underlining the purpose of the event from your company’s perspective

How can we be sure you have delivered what you say you will?

We teach participants about the importance of performance review as part of the planning process. How to evaluate what has gone well or not well and needs to be improved. We always practise what we preach. Goals are agreed with participants on arrival and reviewed on departure to assess if we hit the target. We will carry out a formal evaluation of the programme with you and your delegates after their return to work to see if you and they were happy with the outcomes and what more could be done.

What if we identify further training needs during the evaluation phase?

We hope you do. The event is designed to open up new possibilities which may include a need for more training. During the evaluation phase following the event we will consider this possibility. Our programmes are progressive moving from teaching basic team skills to developing high performance teams. We will look forward to building a relationship.

Is the event competitive?

Not in a stressful way but in the spirit of friendly rivalry between teams as they gain points for their performance during various tasks. The traditional bottle of champagne is awarded to the winning team at the end of the day when the points are added up.

Do you award certificates?

Yes each participant receives a certificate of achievement.
