Suitable for all team players who should know the mechanics of how teams work and how to get the best out of their colleagues and clients. This programme provides your employees with an introduction to key personal skills and an opportunity to test them out in a fun, relaxed environment. It leads in nicely to either of these other programmes

FIRE, ROCK AND WATER

(groups of 12-16)

Suitable for high performance teams or senior team managers who operate in a high intensity environment where the unexpected is usual and dynamic solutions are required. Delegates will encounter testing new environments in which we use climbing, abseiling, rafting and fire lighting exercises as exciting metaphors for the safe management of risk and overcoming obstacles to business success.

BUSINESS SURVIVORS

(groups of 12-36)

Business success is not a short distance race but requires stamina, innovation and survival skills in an increasingly competitive global market place. Using the ‘great outdoors’ and nature as our ‘classroom’ we introduce delegates to solution finding outside their normal comfort zone. The programme normally includes a night sleeping out putting into practise new skills such as fire lighting, shelter building, finding food and water and camp cooking. This is a memorable exercise in interdependency which is guaranteed to strengthen team bonds and resourcefulness.
